Rose joined Zia in 2022 as a virtual assistant and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2023. Her past experience includes support for non-profit organizations in logistics, marketing, and customer communication services. Previously, Rose was an Event Manager at Charlotte Motor Speedway, handling event promotions and logistics for the track. She was a 2016 graduate from the University of Mount Union with a BA in Sports Business and a minor in Leadership. In her spare time, she was a record-holding collegiate swimmer. She now resides in North Carolina where she enjoys traveling the country with her husband and dog.
