Michael Frank Coleman, Jr. joined Zia in 2022 as its Operations Manager. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Michael has built community partnerships in his leadership positions as program director, director of education, and camp director within the Philadelphia education system and organizations such as Caring for Friends, Episcopal Community Services and Boy Scouts of America. In 2010, Michael earned his Eagle Scout Award with the Boy Scouts of America and he holds staff leadership, national wood badge, camp, and director certifications. He lives in the Mount Airy neighborhood with his wife and their two children. Michael enjoys helping Zia continue to serve families in the Philadelphia community.
Mark is currently retired and has been volunteering with his wife, Judy, at Zia for over 2 years. He also volunteers in the kitchen at the Metropolitan Area Neighborhood Nutrition Alliance (MANNA.org) for 5 years and in the food pantry at the Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral. Previously Mark volunteered at the Ralston Center helping seniors learn to use iPads and tablets.
Judy is currently retired and has been volunteering with her husband, Mark, at Zia for over 2 years. She has been volunteering in the kitchen at the Metropolitan Area Neighborhood Nutrition Alliance (MANNA.org) for over 26 years and in the food pantry at the Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral. Previously Judy served a number of terms on the vestry as Accounting Warden of Trinity Church, Oxford.
Patti Conroy is a Development Officer at Community College of Philadelphia. She has worked in a variety of roles in higher education for the past 24 years, and began working in advancement in 2004. Patti is responsible for individual and corporate fundraising. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Arcadia University.
Rose has worked in the remote administrative assistant world for the last 3 years, supporting non-profit organizations with logistics, marketing, and customer communication services. Previously, Rose was an Event Manager at Charlotte Motor Speedway, handling event promotions and logistics for the track. She was a 2016 graduate from the University of Mount Union with a BA in Sports Business and a minor in Leadership. In her spare time, she was a record-holding collegiate swimmer. She now resides in North Carolina where she enjoys traveling the country with her husband and dog.
